1. Aware
Put your products offers and solutions in front of your ideal customer.
This can happen through advertising, blogs, events, word-of-mouth or social media.
2. Engage
Build more of a relationship with potential customers by directing them to content in which they can engage.
This is often a blog or video which answers the questions they’re asking.
3. Subscribe
Offer customers something they can’t refuse, in exchange, we get their contact details.
Such as a discount, or information about the product or service you offer.
4. Convert
Conversion is where the customer gives a little bit of time or money, this is not the core offer.
5. Excite
Giving your customers a memorable experience. Such as bonus content or features that make your new customers happy.
6. Ascend
This is the first real purchase where your potential customer becomes a customer and purchases your core offer.
7. Advocate
Happy customers share their positive experience with your brand. They just need a little nudge to do so.
8. Promote
Promoters are people who go out of their way to recommend you.
Create active promoters to build a community around your brand.
