Retail and eCommerce marketing Australia

Your store and your ad spend, run as one.

We build the store and run the traffic together, with engineered Google Shopping feeds, Meta dynamic ads and retention that compounds. Measurement reports real revenue, not vanity numbers.

Retail moves on margins, and the margins live in the joins

Most retail problems are not where they look. The store sits with one vendor, the traffic with another, and the money leaks in the gaps between them. A feed treated as paperwork. A checkout that loses buyers on mobile. We run the store and the traffic as one system, so improvements compound instead of getting lost in a handover email.

Feed quality is where Shopping lives or dies

Feed quality is where Shopping lives or dies

Before a single campaign setting is touched, your product feed decides most of your Shopping performance. Titles, GTINs, product types, images and availability are what Google and Meta actually read, and a thin feed caps your reach. We treat the feed as a build, not a setting, and engineer it for how people search your category.

  • Titles and structure engineered, not just uploaded
  • Availability and pricing kept honest, no paying for sold out lines
  • Attributes supplemented as Google raises the bar

The engine is Google Shopping and Performance Max, with Standard Shopping on hero products so you keep control rather than handing it all to the black box. Brand search gets protected, Meta carries catalogue and dynamic retargeting, and Microsoft Ads picks up an audience many retailers ignore at a lower cost per sale.

  • Performance Max structured for visibility and control
  • Meta dynamic ads bring browsers back to the exact product
  • Brand search protected, Microsoft Ads added
Retention that compounds

Retention that compounds

None of that compounds without retention. Acquisition gets more expensive every year, so the brands that win make the second and third purchase cheap. We build the email and SMS flows that do the heavy lifting, and the store and the flows talk to each other, so segmentation reflects what people actually bought.

  • Welcome, abandoned cart and browse recovery
  • Post purchase and win back flows
  • Segmentation driven by real purchase data

Platform ROAS is usually inflated because every channel claims credit first, and browser analytics under counts real sales. We use server side tracking to recover conversions browser tags miss, configure Merchant Center against real orders, and report on revenue and contribution after ad spend, not a vanity number that looks good in a deck.

  • Server side tracking recovers lost conversions
  • Performance Max structured so you see what it does
  • Reporting on revenue after ad spend, reconciled to real orders

Why retailers choose us

One team for the store and the spend.

Most retail underperformance hides in the handover between the store vendor and the ads vendor. We remove the handover.

01

Store and traffic under one roof

We build the WooCommerce, Shopify or headless store and run the Shopping, Performance Max, Meta and retention on top of it. When the feed needs work or the checkout is leaking, the same team fixes it. Improvements compound instead of getting lost between two agencies blaming each other.

02

Engineered feeds, audited nightly

Your product feed is the single biggest lever in Shopping, so we engineer it rather than upload it. Our own AI agents audit every account against the Google Ads API each night and surface drift, with a human reviewing before anything ships. You get the watchfulness of software with the judgement of an operator.

03

Revenue, not platform fiction

We use server side tracking and clean Merchant Center configuration so the numbers reflect real orders, not inflated platform ROAS. Then we report on revenue and contribution after ad spend. You see what is actually making money, which is the only metric a retailer can spend.

How it works

From audit to compounding growth.

Phase 1 Week 1

Audit the whole machine

We pull apart the store, the feed, the campaigns and the tracking together, not in isolation. You get a clear picture of where money is leaking, from feed gaps and checkout drop off to inflated ROAS and weak retention flows.

Phase 2 Weeks 2 to 3

Fix the foundations

We engineer the Merchant Center feed, set up server side tracking so reporting reflects real revenue, and repair the obvious conversion leaks on the money pages. This is the groundwork that makes every dollar of ad spend work harder before we scale it.

Phase 3 Weeks 3 to 6

Turn on the channel mix

Shopping and Performance Max go live off the engineered feed, with Standard Shopping on hero products and Meta carrying catalogue retargeting. We stand up the core email and SMS flows so new buyers start moving toward a second purchase from day one.

Phase 4 Ongoing

Compound and report on profit

Nightly AI audits keep feeds and campaigns honest while we optimise toward revenue after ad spend, not vanity ROAS. Retention and CRO keep lifting the value of every order, so growth comes from margin as well as new traffic.

Common questions

What retailers ask us.

Do you work with WooCommerce, Shopify and headless stores?

Yes. We build and run all three, and we are platform honest rather than pushing whichever one suits us. WooCommerce gives you control and lower running costs, Shopify gives you speed to launch, and headless suits brands that have outgrown a template. The build specifics live on our eCommerce page, and we will tell you plainly which fits your catalogue and roadmap.

Why does my product feed matter more than my campaign settings?

Because Google and Meta read your feed, not your intentions. Titles, GTINs, product types, images and availability decide what gets shown and to whom, and a thin or stale feed caps performance before any bid strategy can help. Most Shopping underperformance is a feed problem wearing a campaign costume, which is why we engineer the feed first.

Performance Max feels like a black box. Can you give me control?

To a point, and we are upfront about the limits. Performance Max hides a lot of its channel and asset allocation by design, so we structure it with brand exclusions and a curated product strategy, and run Standard Shopping alongside it for hero lines so budget is not entirely at the mercy of the optimiser. You get more visibility and control than a default setup, plus reporting that shows what it is really doing.

My Google revenue and my Shopify revenue never match. Which is right?

Usually neither, until it is fixed. Platforms over claim conversions because each one attributes credit to itself, and browser tracking under counts real sales because of ad blockers, redirects and lost sessions. We use server side tracking and clean configuration to close that gap, then reconcile to your real orders so you can finally trust one number.

How do you actually grow margin, not just sales?

Two ways. We make acquisition more efficient by engineering feeds, protecting brand and cutting wasted spend, and we make existing customers worth more through email and SMS retention flows that drive repeat purchases you did not pay for twice. We also report on revenue after ad spend rather than a headline ROAS, so the growth you see is growth you can bank.

What does the AI-first part actually mean for my account?

It means your account is watched, not just managed. We run our own AI agents on the Google Ads API to audit every client account each night and surface feed drift, broken tracking and waste, with a human reviewing before anything changes. We build and operate real software, so the advice comes from people who ship, not slideware. You can read the thinking on our AI-First page.

Do you work with retailers outside Perth?

Yes. We are based in Perth at the AMP Tower and work with retailers and consumer brands across Australia, both bricks and clicks and pure online. Everything we do runs remotely and reports clearly, so location is no barrier to having one team handle your store and your traffic together.
