What is ConversAI trained on?

Your business. We train it on your website, services, inventory and policies, so the answers come from your content and sound like you, not from the open internet. When it does not know something, it tells the visitor rather than inventing an answer.

Will it give wrong or made-up answers?

It is built to avoid exactly that. ConversAI is constrained to what it has been trained on, and when a question falls outside that, it says it does not know and offers to connect a person. Confident nonsense is the failure mode we designed against.

We build and run our own AI products. Odin Dealer, our Australian dealership CRM, already uses AI to track and grade calls and ships an in-app assistant, and ConversAI is built to the same standard. That is a different kind of proof to a slide deck.
